  1. How long are shipping times?

 

Your products will ship within eight to fifteen days (8-15 days) of your order. (And hey thanks for supporting our business in this trying times!)

 

 

  1. What’s your return policy?

 

KIWI DESIGN does not suggest you return products. Because the shipping cost is high and sometimes higher than the product value. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just email us and tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we will give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

 

Cancellation is possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each product.

 

  1. What happens if I receive a wrong item?

 

If there’s an issue with your order, if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us and refund policy will be affected.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

 

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know we ‘ll get you a new one based on our refund policy terms.
